Important update for set-top boxes tuned to Nilesat. To avoid any service disruption starting from the 1st of January 2019, please update your software and tune to our new frequencies.
1. If you have any of the below receivers, please update according to the below steps:
- Firstly choose beIN SPORTS HD1
- Press the power button to switch off the device without unplugging it
- Within a couple of minutes the update will start
- Make sure the update number is according to the picture below
2. If you have the below receiver, please update according to the below steps:
- Choose beIN SPORTS HD1
- Press the Menu button then Settings then System then IRDETO Software Update then click Yes to accept the update
- And make sure the update number is L90
3. If you have any of the below receivers:
- You need to do a manual channel search for the frequencies as shown in image below
