Terms & Conditions

1. By entering this Competition, you agree you have read and accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to verify any entry and may refuse to award prizes where we have reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or in case where inaccurate or incomplete information is provided.
2. The Competition commences on 9 March 2020 and closes on 9 April 2020 at 23:59 Time Zone Asia/Riyadh (UTC+3) (“Competition Period”).
3. You may enter this Competition only if you are a Subscriber with a beIN ON DEMAND access on your set-top box subject to our terms and conditions available at: https://www.bein.net/en/terms-conditions/.
4. To win the competition cash prize, entrants must purchase Frozen 2 Disney movie available on beIN on DEMAND.
5. Only one entry will be considered per entrant.
6. You give beIN the right to use your name and your picture for the sole purpose of identifying you as the winner of the Competition and for publicity purpose without any payment to you.
7. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
8. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their Prize.
9. If the Winner fails to report the accurate information within 5 days from being notified of winning, the prize Winner will forfeit all rights to the Prize.
10. beIN’s reserve the right to change the Competition rules and these terms and conditions from time to time.
11. You will be able to find a link to beIN website where we set out our Privacy Policy  https://www.bein.net/en/privacy-policy/.  Your use of beIN ON DEMAND is subject to the terms and conditions set out in our Privacy Policy.
12. beIN is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. By participating in a competition, entrants consent to their name and images including reposts being published in connection with the competition, and their likeness, image and/or voice being used by beIN in any media for an unlimited period of time throughout the world. No fee will be paid for such use.
14. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.
15. Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.
16. If applicable, winners should look to the manufacturer of products awarded as prizes for all warranties.
17. beIN reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend the Competition at any time.
18. beIN holds competitions in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.
